Most common errors
Transaction errors
If you encounter any of the following messages during a transfer or swap:
- An error occurred
- Insufficient funds
- Failed
- Unknown token in history
It often means that your wallet doesn't have enough GRAM or Battery charge to cover the network fee. The required amounts for successful transactions are:
- 0.1 GRAM (~5 Battery charges) — to send TON-based tokens and NFT
- 0.3 GRAM (~90 Battery charges) — to swap TON-based tokens
- 350-700 Battery charges — to send USDT (TRC20)
Also, ensure you are using the latest version of Keeper!
Emulation error
When we’re unable to emulate a transaction, you may encounter a notification like this:

This means that we are unable to display the transaction details (the amount, estimated network fee) and preliminary outcome. In most cases, this does not hinder the successful confirmation of the transaction on the blockchain, and you can sign the transaction. However, before doing so, please ensure that:
- Your wallet has enough GRAM or Battery charges to cover the network fee.
- You’re using the latest version of Keeper.
- The time on your device is accurate and synchronized with the internet.
