I sold crypto, but the funds haven't reached my card

Keeper offers two providers for selling crypto to a card: Mercuryo and MoonPay.

Crediting funds to your card can take some time, since it depends on how quickly your crypto transfer is processed on the blockchain, and how quickly the provider verifies the transaction.

If you want to make sure everything's on track, check:

  1. Whether you sent the correct amount and the correct crypto to the address the provider gave you.
  2. Whether the transaction has been confirmed on the blockchain.
  3. Whether a sale confirmation arrived in the email you used before selling.
