I bought crypto, but it hasn't arrived

Keeper offers two providers for buying crypto by card: Mercuryo and MoonPay.

Crediting funds can take some time, since it depends on how quickly the chosen provider processes the payment. What to do:

  1. Wait 30–60 minutes after payment — this is usually enough time for the crypto to arrive.
  2. Check the email you used before the purchase — you should receive a purchase confirmation there.
