Trading is a section for trading crypto tokens across different networks, as well as tokenized stocks and ETFs. Here, you can follow the crypto market, browse tokens with the highest trading volumes, and see which tokens have gained or lost the most value.
What are tokenized stocks and ETFs?
A stock is a share in a specific company (such as Tesla or Apple). Its price rises and falls based on the value of that company.
An ETF (exchange-traded fund) is a basket of multiple assets packaged into a single investment product. For example, instead of buying shares in hundreds of companies individually, you can buy a single ETF that tracks them all at once, such as an ETF that tracks the S&P 500 index.
In Keeper, both stocks and ETFs are available in tokenized form as tokens on the TON blockchain. They are issued by Backed Finance, and each token is backed 1:1 by the corresponding real-world share or fund unit held by Backed Finance.
You can only trade tokenized stocks and ETFs against USDT, and only on the TON blockchain.
📌 Important: Keeper does not provide brokerage services or sell foreign securities. Tokenized stocks and ETFs are issued and backed by real-world shares by Backed Finance. You can review their terms of service here.

How are tokenized stocks and ETFs different from real ones?
Tokenized stocks and ETFs are not the same as owning the underlying securities.
- The token does not give you shareholder rights (such as ownership or voting rights) — it only tracks the price of the underlying stock or ETF.
- You can buy and sell them 24/7, unlike traditional exchanges, which have limited trading hours.
- Fractional purchases are available — you can buy a portion of a stock or ETF starting from $1, without having to buy a whole share.
- The token is held and transferred like any other crypto asset — without a brokerage account or other requirements associated with owning traditional securities.
How do I manage tokenized stocks and ETFs?
From the blockchain's perspective, these are ordinary tokens. You can swap them, send them to another wallet, and hold them in your balance just like any other token.
